My passion is to encourage and support all parents engaged in their children's learning with information and reviews about learning in general, educational resources, and education-related news.

As a 16-year veteran home educator, I’ve developed a love of learning and teaching, as well as an appreciation of the challenges and rewards of taking personal responsibility for the education of children at home.

Over the years I've enjoyed the opportunities to coach and mentor other parents - parents considering home schooling for the first time, as well as parents who were looking for good resources they could use to supplement their child's learning outside of the public/private school setting and now practice as a Certified Parenting Coach, helping parents overcome challenges while raising responsible, thoughtful children who are skilled decision-makers.
